17-YEAR-OLD HENDERSON GIRL KILLED IN CRASH

A 17-year-old Henderson girl was killed in a crash early this (Saturday) morning on Highway 19 at 441st Avenue in Dryden Township Sibley County.   A Pontiac Bonneville driven by 17-year-old Mya Jean Maus of Henderson was eastbound on Highway 19 and a Chevy K30 driven by a 17-year-old male collided.  Maus was killed.  The 17-year-old male was taken to HCMC.  No word on his injuries but two passengers, 50-year-old Andrew Cohrs of Glencoe and 51-year-old Mitchel Frauendienst of Winthrop were both taken to HCMC with life-threatening injuries.   Gaylord and Arlington Fire Departments and the Sibley County Sheriff’s Office assisted at the scene.
