2 injured near Eden Valley

(Eden Valley, MN/Minnesota News Network) — Two people were injured, one seriously, after a car and a side-by-side ATV collided Wednesday evening near Eden Valley. The Meeker County Sheriff’s Office says a 16-year-old from Litchfield was driving northbound when their vehicle struck an ATV, also heading north. The ATV was driven by 61-year-old Daniel Sullivan of rural Watkins, with 61-year-old Janet Sullivan as a passenger. Daniel was airlifted to St. Cloud Hospital with serious injuries. Janet was taken by ambulance with non-life-threatening injuries.
