(Minnesota News Network- Eagan, MN) — The Minnesota Vikings wrap up their first week of Organized Team Activities at T-C-O Performance Center today in Eagan. The Purple had an off-day yesterday after practicing on Tuesday and Wednesday. Head coach Kevin O’Connell says he is happy that nearly every player on the football team is taking part in the O-T-A’s, including star receiver Justin Jefferson. O’Connell says he likes what he’s seeing from quarterback J-J McCarthy, as well. Minnesota will also hold three O-T-A practices next week. The team will hold mandatory minicamp in June before training camp gets going in late July.
