3 Familiar Faces Returning For “Scream 7”- The Only Problem Is, Their Characters Have Already Been Killed Off

David Arquette is the latest returning cast member who will return for Scream 7 even though he was killed off in Scream 5.

Scream 7 will now see the return of THREE dead characters now that David Arquette has signed on.

His character, Deputy Dewey Riley, was killed off in Scream 5 by the recent Oscar winner Mikey Madison.   She won the top acting award for her role in Anora.

He will join Scott Foley and Matthew Lillard in Scream 7.  Foley’s character, Roman Bridger, was killed by Dewey in Scream 3.

And Lillard’s character Stu Macher was one of the killers in the original movie then finished off by Neve Campbell.

According to IMDB, Scream 7 will be released in 2026 which is the 30th anniversary of when the very first in the franchise, Scream (1996), came out.
