(Minnesota News Network- Minneapolis, MN) — The Minnesota Vikings and Baltimore Ravens both look to get back into the playoff race when they face-off at U-S Bank Stadium on Sunday. The Purple are at the bottom of the N-F-C North with a 4-4 record, but they’re also coming off a 27-24 win over the Detroit Lions on the road last week that gave them a jolt of confidence. Minnesota quarterback J-J McCarthy will make his second start since returning from an ankle injury. Lamar Jackson is also starting his second game since an injury. He led the 3-5 Ravens to a 28-6 win over the Miami Dolphins last week. Baltimore’s defense has stepped up after a rough start, allowing less than 18 points in each of their last three games. The Ravens have never won in Minnesota. The Vikes were without left tackle Christian Darrisaw, cornerback Jeff Okudah, and tight end Josh Oliver at yesterday’s practice. Sunday’s kicks off at noon.
