Two People Found Unresponsive in Yellow Medicine Hog Barn

Two people were flown to HCMC in Minneapolis for treatment after being found unresponsive at a hog farm in Yellow Medicine County Saturday afternoon.

According to a news release, when deputies arrived on scene the caller had removed the individuals from the hog barn in Friendship Township. Life-saving measures were performed by deputies until EMS arrived.

Their current condition is unknown, and the incident remains under investigation.

Authorities say foul play is not suspected.
