Timberwolves Start Las Vegas Summer League Today

(Minnesota News Network- Las Vegas, NV) — The Minnesota Timberwolves open play today in the Las Vegas Summer League with a game against New Orleans. Tipoff is at 2:30 today in Las Vegas. The first four games are preliminary group games. After today, the Wolves play Denver on Saturday, Detroit on Tuesday and Phoenix on Wednesday.

The Timberwolves have signed center Rocco Zikarsky to a two-way contract. Zikarsky is an Australian who played in the Australian League this past season. The team says Zikarsky will take part in the Summer League games in Las Vegas.
