Twins Players Have Success In All-Star Game
(Minnesota News Network- Atlanta, GA) — Minnesota Twins players Byron Buxton and Joe Ryan both had strong showings at the 2025 Major League Baseball All-Star Game in Atlanta last night. Buxton was 1-for-2 at the plate and smashed a one-out double that sparked a game-tying rally in the top of the ninth for the American League, while Ryan struck out two N-L hitters in one scoreless frame. Ryan only needed ten pitches to complete the fourth inning. The game was tied at six through nine innings before the American League lost in a swing-off. The Twins begin the second half of the season with a game against Colorado on Friday.
