DeWayne Steve Malmgren, 89, of Saint James, died July 28, 2025, at Mayo Health System in Saint James. Visitation will be held on August 12, 2025, from 4:00-7:00 p.m., at Sturm Funeral Home in Saint James. The Rosary will be prayed at 3:30 p.m. and sharing of memories at 6:00 p.m. Visitation will continue on August 13, 2025, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., at Sturm Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be held August 13, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., at Saint James Catholic Church in Saint James. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery in Saint James. The family prefers memorials be given to the Calvary Cemetery Association in Saint James.
