Lynx In Big Apple Tonight

(Minnesota News Network- Brooklyn, NY) — The Minnesota Lynx will take on the defending W-N-B-A champion New York Liberty for a third straight game when the two teams hook up tonight in Brooklyn. The Lynx beat the Liberty in Minneapolis on Saturday 86-80 to improve to a league-best 28-5 on the season. It was a sixth straight win overall for Minnesota, which continues to play without injured star Napheesa Collier. New York dipped to 21-13 and is now 0-3 against Minnesota in 2025. The Liberty have been playing without star player Breanna Stewart since July 28th, while Minnesota hasn’t had Collier on the floor since August 2nd. Collier has been upgraded to questionable for tonight’s game, while Stewart is still listed as out. Tonight’s game tips off at 6 P-M at the Barclays Center.
