Diver Seriously Injured in Chippewa County Rollover

A driver was seriously injured in a one-vehicle rollover crash in Chippewa County Friday night.

The State Patrol says 46-year-old Jeremy Coy of Eden Prairie was taken to St. Cloud Hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries.

Coy was traveling eastbound on Highway 7 in Sparta Township when the vehicle entered the south ditch and rolled.

The Patrol says alcohol was involved.

The crash happened just after 7:30pm.
