Finals from the Tomahawk/Red Rock Showcase-Edgerton defeats GFW 80 to 65, Cathedral was a 53 to 43 winner over MaCCray, Renville County west was a 67 to 56 winner over Madelia, Red Rock Central defeats Martin County West 75 to 49 and Sleepy Eye edges Westbrook/Walnut Grove 60 to 55. Waseca picks up a 69 to 66 make up win over MVL, Morris was a 71 to 61 winner over Marshall and Heritage Christian Academy defeats Loyola 74 to 63.

Girl’s Basketball:

Byron takes it to New Ulm 77 to 39, Waseca defeats MVL 66 to 57 and Loyola edges Wabasso 68 to 67.

New Ulm shuts out Chaska 4 to 0, Waseca defeats Luverne on Overtime 5 to 4 and Owatonna was a 5 to 1 winner over Marshall.

Girl’s Hockey:

Litchfield/Dassel/Cokato was a 5 to 1 winner over New Ulm, Minnesota River holds off River Lakes 3 to 2 and Luverne wins big over South Central 20 to 0.

Men’s Basketball:

Gustavus wins 13 straight with a 95 to 62 win over Macalester and UW/Superior defeats Martin Luther 76 to 59.

Women’s Basketball:

Gustavus gets back in the win column with a 63 to 48 victory over Macalester and UW/Superior was a 59 to 46 winner over Martin Luther.

Women’s Hockey:

St Mary’s and Gustavus play to a one all overtime tie.
