Terry Edward Carter, age 71, of St. James, Minnesota, unexpectedly passed away on January 29, 2026 leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and kindness that will never be forgotten by many. A Celebration of Life will be held at Sturm Funeral Home, St James on Sunday, February 1, 2026 from 1:00PM to 3:00PM.
