ARREST MADE IN HUTCHINSON HIT-AND-RUN

Hutchinson police say a suspect has been taken into custody and has been charged in connection to a hit-and-run Tuesday evening that left an 80-year-old Hutchinson man injured.  The man was hit by a vehicle driven by 57-year-old Juan Santos Diaz.  Hutchinson Police with assistance from the Glencoe Police department arrested Diaz at Seneca Foods in Glencoe Thursday.  He has been charged with criminal vehicular operation substantial bodily harm.  The man who was hit was taken to Hutchinson Hospital with unknown injuries.  His name has not been released.
