BCA Releases Name of Man That Died in Renville County Jail

Authorities have released the name of the man that suffered a medical emergency at the Renville County Jail and died later at a hospital.

The Minnesota BCA says 53-year-old Percy Lee Strother of Roseville was unconscious and unresponsive in his cell when he was found by correctional officers on January 1.

According to a news release, the preliminary investigation did not find any obvious signs of trauma, and a cause of death is still pending.
