Bernadene “Bernie” (Wormer) Gnan, age 91, of Chaska, MN, died peacefully on Saturday, January 3, 2026, at Waconia Good Samaritan Center, Waconia, MN.

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2026, 11:00 AM at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 300 East Fourth Street, Chaska, MN, with Pastor Greg Snow officiating. The visitation will be 10:00 – 11:00 AM at the church. The burial will be at St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery, Chaska. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. John’s Lutheran School or Mayer Lutheran High School.

Survivors include her children, Peter (Michele) Gnan of Elgin, IL, Carol Gnan of Gilbert, AZ, Paul (Kerri) Gnan of Plover, WI, Cathleen Gnan of Chaska; 5 grandchildren, Nicholas (Claire) Gnan, Katherine (Tim) Priefer, Courtney (Pete) Hahn, Emily (Cameron) Flaten, Chelsea (Gino) Domel; 4 great grandchildren, Joseph Hahn, Nora Hahn, Naomi Hahn and Francesca Domel; sisters-in-law, Sharon Wormer, Marlaine Gnan, and RoNaye Gnan; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral arrangements are with the Bertas Funeral Home of Chaska, MN.
