Brother and Sister Both Cited Following Domestic Call

A brother and sister were arrested following a domestic call Thursday in Thief River Falls. 

Police say Aaron Matthew Rodriguez Vondal, (26) and Angel Markus Rodriguez Vondal, (20) both of Thief River Falls, were both cited for Misdemeanor Domestic Assault after police were told “my brother just tried to choke me out”. 

Officers were then dispatched to a Saint Paul Avenue South address just after 9am.
