BUFFALO LAKE MAN HURT IN SIBLEY COUNTY MOTORCYCLE CRASH
A Buffalo Lake man suffered serious injuries when the motorcycle he was driving veered of a highway and struck a road sign. The Sibley County Sheriff’s Office responded at 1 am this (Monday) to the intersection of 621st Avenue and 190th Street south of Buffalo Lake. Authorities say 33-year-old Corey Jacobs of Buffalo Lake was northbound on 621st Avenue when he struck the sign in the south ditch. Jacobs was taken to a hospital with severe injuries and the investigation is ongoing. The Renville and McLeod County Sheriff’s Offices, Buffalo Lake ambulance and fire department and Five Star Towing assisted at the scene.
