Call for Designs: 2026 Hutchinson Jaycee Water Carnival Button

The Hutchinson Jaycee Water Carnival Committee has announced an open call for design submissions for the 2026 Water Carnival Button.

Organizers invite and encourage the public to unleash their creativity and contribute to the vibrancy of the annual celebration.

As an incentive for participants, a cash prize awaits the creators of the winning designs. The first place winner will receive $75.00, the runner up $50.00, and the third place designer will be awarded $30.00.
