CAR FIRE NEAR NICOLLET

The Nicollet Fire Department was called to a vehicle fire at 48002 County Road 13 Thursday evening at 7:43 pm.  The vehicle was in a field and the fire started to travel from the vehicle toward some nearby buildings.   When fire crews arrived, the vehicle was fully engulfed and the fire was reportedly about 40 feet from a building plus there was some of the nearby field that was on fire.  Crews contained the fire and cleared the scene at 8:25 pm.
