VICTIM, SUSPECT ID’D IN FATAL MANKATO KWIK TRIP STABBING

The longest continuous St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Minnesota is celebrating 60 years today. NICOLLET CALLED TO BRUSH FIRE

The Nicollet Fire Department was called to a brush fire on Old River Bluff Road at 6:40 Sunday evening.  Crews say the fire was reportedly fifteen feet in diameter.  Crews were able to clear the scene at 7:08 pm.  No injuries were reported.

ST. PATRICK’S DWI ENFORCEMENT

Law enforcement agencies are cracking down on drunk driving for the St. Patrick’s Holiday.  The extra enforcement runs through Monday and is coordinated by the Minnesota Department of Public Safety Office of Traffic Safety.  Statistics show that through early March, 51 people have died on Minnesota roads with seven of those linked to alcohol use.  […]
