Cokato Man Injured in Wright Co Motorcycle/Deer Crash

A Cokato man was injured in a motorcycle crash in Wright County Tuesday morning west of Howard Lake.

The State Patrol says 48-year-old Patrick Rutledge was taken to Buffalo Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

The Patrol says Rutledge was traveling eastbound on Highway 12 when he collided with a deer near Keats Avenue SW.

The crash happened just after 5:30am.

Rutledge was wearing a helmet.
