College Hoops Tomorrow Night

(Undated/Minnesota News Network) — Both the Golden Gopher men’s and women’s basketball teams have road games tomorrow night in the Big Ten. The 10-10 Gopher men visit Wisconsin for an 8 P-M game. Minnesota is on a five-game losing skid and 3-6 in the Big Ten. The host Badgers are 14-6 overall and 6-3 in the conference, but were defeated at home on Sunday by U-S-C 73-71. Wisconsin beat Minnesota on a buzzer beater in Minneapolis on January 13th. Meanwhile, the 14-6 Golden Gopher women are at 7-14 Penn State tomorrow night at 5 P-M. The Gophers have won two straight and sit at 5-4 in the Big Ten. The Nittany Lions have dropped 13 of their past 14 games, including ten straight and are 0-10 in the conference. In addition, the St. Thomas women’s team looks to build on Saturday’s 72-54 win over North Dakota with a game tomorrow night at South Dakota at 7 P-M. The 10-11 Tommies are 3-4 in the Summit League. The 15-6 Jackrabbits are 5-2 in the conference.
