Collier, Smith earn All Defensive Team honors

(Minneapolis, MN/Minnesota News Network) — A pair of Minnesota Lynx players are taking home some end-of-season awards. Napheesa Collier and Alanna Smith were both named to the W-N-B-A All-Defensive First-Team yesterday. Smith had already been named the Defensive Player of the Year last month, while Collier has made the team for the second time in her career. The pair led the Lynx to a 34-10 record last season.
