COTTONWOOD COUNTY MURDER CASE GOES TO JURY

Jury deliberations have started in the Cottonwood County murder trial of No Name Given Happy.  Happy faces six felony charges stemming from a stabbing incident New Year’s Eve at the Phat Pheasant Pub in Windom.  Happy is charged with second-degree murder with intent, second –degree murder without intent while committing a felony, two counts of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon, felony threats of violence and felony threats of violence toward a peace officer.  Closing arguments were presented Tuesday morning.
