Council Approves Apartment Complex
The New Ulm City Council voted unanimously in favor of the Planned Unit Development plan, during their meeting Tuesday night. That means the Kuepers Highland Apartments is moving forward. The apartments will be four, three story apartment buildings with eight detached garages, along with sports court, children’s playground, dog park, parking lots and stormwater ponds, located at 10th North from North Highland avenue to west. A total of 10.2 acres. The complex will be built in two phases, the first phase is looking to begin in August or September and should be completed in a year.
