Country Music Makes Big Showing on Billboard’s Top Most Influential Artists List

Billboard’s list of the 100 most influential musical artists of the 21st century dropped and people are talking about how well country is represented.

There’s no beating Taylor Swift, in any genre with any album.   But she did get her start in country music, after all.   The rest of the 99 slots have quite a lot of country, too:

4.  Post Malone.  Most of his success was outside the country world first, but he seems to be pretty country now.

7.  Beyonce.  Her latest album was a country one, but many of her previous albums span a few different genres.
