Craig John Colling

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of, Craig John Colling, 56, of Le Sueur, Minnesota, who died
peacefully in his home surrounded by family after a 3-year battle with pancreatic cancer on January 24 th , 2026.
No funeral services will be held per wish. There will be a celebration of life date yet to be determined.
He was born in Shakopee in 1969 to Francis and Harriet Colling and was brother number 3 of 4 boys. Craig was a
devoted and well-respected Warehouse Manager of Seneca Foods since 2012. Even throughout his battle, Craig
worked up until December 2025. Seneca Foods wasn’t just an employer, they were family. Despite his many
responsibilities, he always made time for his family and his passions.
Everyone who knew Craig knew how much he loved riding mules / horses, camping , his dogs and mostly his
family. Craig was a member of the Le Sueur County Sheriff Posse and Fox Hollow Saddle Club. He was known as
a devoted and loving husband, father, brother and friend.
Craig is survived by his loving wife Tamara, together they raised 3 children, daughter Samatha (Brooks) Gosch of
North Mankato, MN, Clayton (Lexi Jensen) Colling of Durham, NC, and Tucker Colling of Lake Crystal, MN;
granddaughter, Tatum Knutson; brothers, Keith Colling, Scott (Lori) Colling, and Jason (Sarra) Colling.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Francis and Harriet; and his sister-in-law, Darcene Colling.
