Culvert work on Highway 19 west of Henderson

Motorists traveling on Highway 19 between Fort Road and 331st Avenue west of Henderson will encounter brief daytime traffic delays beginning Monday (Nov. 17).

According to the Minnesota Department of Transportation, crews will be completing culvert work.

The work will include extending two culverts, and the placement of rip-rap (rock) to improve drainage.

Traffic will be controlled by a pilot car and flaggers during the day, with shoulder closures in place overnight.

The work is expected to take about a week to complete, weather permitting.

MnDOT urges drivers to slow down, stay alert, and use caution in work zones.
