Debra Joan (Kukacka) Lade

Debra Joan (Kukacka) Lade, age 58, of Farmington,
MN, passed away peacefully January 24th. Debbie
fought a brave and relentless battle with cancer, but her
love for her family and her resilience through it all were

the true measures of her strength.
Debbie was an extraordinary woman who dedicated her life to those she loved. Her
daughter, Jessica, was her pride and joy, and they shared an unbreakable bond.
Debbie’s care and selflessness were evident in every aspect of her life. She put her
family above all, even during her own health struggles.
She loved traveling, her dogs, going on outings, and creating memories with her
family that will last forever.
Debbie was a huge fan of the Minnesota Wild, Debbie’s spirit and energy were
contagious, and she brought joy to every room she entered. Her passing leaves a void
that will never be filled, but we take comfort knowing she touched so many lives with
her love, kindness, and unwavering support for those she cared about.
Debbie is survived by husband Barry Lade, daughter Jessica Lade, father Jerome
(Jeanette) Kukacka mother-in-law Ginger Steppel, siblings David (Dawn) Kukacka,
Tammy (John) Jirak, Brenda Kukacka, step-sister Wendy (Glen Peterson) Beck, sister-
in-law Brenda (Otto) Roneker, and many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great
nephews, family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother Janet Kukacka and father-in-law Arlan Lade
There will be a gathering of family and friends to remember Debbie on Wednesday,
February 4, 2026, from 4-8pm, with a time to share at 7pm. This will be held at the
White Funeral Home, located at 201 5th Street Northwest, Lonsdale, MN.
