Driver Injured in Meeker County Crash

A driver was injured in a single vehicle crash in Meeker County Saturday afternoon north of Litchfield.

The State Patrol says 39-year-old Christopher Griggs of Atwater was taken to Meeker Memorial Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

The Patrol says Griggs was traveling westbound on Highway 12 when the vehicle left the roadway near the Highway 22 intersection.

The crash happened shortly before 5pm.
