Driver Injured in Renville County Crash

A driver was injured in a crash in Renville County this morning (Tuesday) west of Fairfax.

The State Patrol says 45-year-old Sylvia Muko of Maple Grove was taken to Olivia Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

The Patrol says she was driving westbound on Highway 19 near 430th Street when she swerved for a deer. The vehicle then went off the road and came to rest on the railroad tracks in the west ditch.

The crash happened just before 7:30am.
