Driver Injured in Stearns County Dump Truck Crash

A man from Cold Spring was injured when he lost a tire on the dump truck he was driving in Stearns County Monday afternoon.

The State Patrol says 80-year-old Darwin Voigt was taken to St. Cloud Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.

The Patrol says Voigt was traveling southbound on Highway 23 in Rockville when the truck lost a tire, went off the road, and rolled.

The crash happened just after 4pm.
