Edward J. Schweiss born November 10,1942 to William and Anna (Beck) Schweiss in the rural Hector-Fairfax Minnesota area joined his daughter Annette Schweiss in eternal peace on November 23, 2025 surrounded by family at Abbott Northwestern Hospital, Minneapolis, MN. Visitation will be at Strum Funeral home in Springfield on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 from 4:00 to 7:00pm and also one hour prior to mass at the church. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Raphael’s Church in Springfield at 11:00 am on Thursday, December 4, 2025. Interment will be at St. Andrew’s Catholic Cemetery in Fairfax, MN.
