Husk says the benefits will be many including continued strength in agronomy and energy services…

Husk says other benefits will include stronger balance sheets and a bigger geography reach.  The unified cooperative will operate under the Farmward umbrella and maintain its headquarters in Morgan.  Customers shouldn’t notice a lot of physical change.  The merger will be effective March 1.
