FATAL BLUE EARTH COUNTY CRASH

A North Mankato woman was killed in a head-on crash Sunday on Highway 22 in Decoria Township Blue Earth County.  The state patrol was called at 4:59 pm to the collision between a Cadillac XT4 driven by 67-year-old Mary Hlavac of North Mankato and a Dodge Ram 1500 drivnen by 56-year-old Mike Schoeb of Amboy.  Hlavac was killed and Schoeb was taken to MCHS in Mankato with non-life threatening injuries.  The Blue Earth County Sheriff’s Office, MCHS Ambulance and St. Clair Fire Department assisted at the scene.
