Fatal McLeod County Crash

The driver of an SUV died in a two-vehicle crash in McLeod County Tuesday morning near Lester Prairie.

The State Patrol says 63-year-old Melinda Koosman of Buffalo died at the scene.

The Patrol says she was westbound on Highway 7. A Freightliner Straight Truck was traveling eastbound on Highway 7 when they collided at Cable Avenue. The driver of the truck, 49-year-old William Dullinger of Oakdale, was not injured.

The crash happened just after 8:30am.

Road conditions were snowy and icy at the time of the crash.
