FATAL MURRAY COUNTY CRASH

The state patrol has released the name of the Minneota man killed in a crash between a straight truck and a semi Monday morning on Highway 59 in Murray County.  Authorities say the semi was driven by 58-year-old Dennis Kor of Minneota.  He was pronounced dead at the scene.  The driver of the straight truck 61-year-old Michael Griffin of Tyler was taken to Sanford Sioux Falls with life-threatening injuries.  The state patrol says the road was snow and ice covered at the time and Kor was not wearing a seatbelt.
