Fatal Sherburne County M/C Crash

The State Patrol is investigating a fatal crash involving a motorcycle and pickup that happened near Becker Monday night.

The Patrol says a Sherburne County Sheriff’s deputy was trying to stop the motorcycle rider for a traffic violation when the motorcycle crashed into the pickup on Highway 10 at 165th Avenue in Becker Township.

Information on the motorcycle driver has not been released.

The driver of the pickup was identified as a 75-year-old from Minneapolis man, but the Patrol has not released his name or if he was injured.

The crash happened just before 11:30pm.
