Big South Finals-New ulm was a 74 to 61 winner over Worthington, Marshall edged St Peter 74 to 71, Pipestone defeats St James 76 to 71, Jackson County Central was a 96 to 83 winner over Redwood Valley and Fairmont defeats Tri City United 76 to 32. Tomahawk finals-Cedar Mountain was a 74 to 54 winner over Cathedral and Sleepy Eye was a 67 to 54 winner over GFW. Non-League finals-Central Mn Christian was an 80 to 73 winner over Springfield, Wabasso defeats LQPV 68 to 65 and Benson defeats BLHS 86 to 48. South Central finals-MVL defeats Sibley East 74 to 44 and Maple River wins the JUG with a 72 to 58 win over LCWM. A couple of Valley scores-Nicollet was a 98 to 75 winner over Alden/Conger/Glenville/Emmons and Madelia defeats Cleveland 88 to 73.
Girl Basketball:
Big South results-New Ulm was an 83 to 41 winner over Worthington, Marshall takes it to St Peter 81 to 44, St James was a 66 to 53 winner over Pipestone and Tri City United defeats Fairmont 61 to 45. Tomahawk: Lester Prairie hands St Mary’s their first conference loss of the season with an 80 to 74 win and BLHS defeats Springfield 63 to 55. one Valley final-Cleveland was a 90 to 50 winner over Madelia. Red Rock finals-Mountain Lake Area/Comfrey was a 49 to 30 winner over Red Rock Central and Edgerton defeats Westbrook/Walnut Grove 55 to 51. BOLD picks up a conference win over Morris Area 60 to 42.
