Five Injured in 4-Vehicle Crash in Wright County

Five people were injured in a four-vehicle crash in Wright County Sunday afternoon north of Cokato.

The crash happened near the intersection of County Road 3 SW and 30th Street SW just before 3pm.

The Sheriff’s Office says the driver of a pickup, a 17-year-old male from Cokato was seriously injured.

The driver and passenger in an SUV, 40-year-old Erin Holker of Dassel and a 13-year-old female, suffered severe injuries.

The driver and passenger in another SUV, 90-year-old Lowell Peterson and 70-year-old Susan Peterson both from Blaine, were also injured.

All five were taken to hospitals for treatment.

The driver of the fourth vehicle, another pickup, 35-year-old Jacob Aho of Cokato, was not injured.

The investigation continues.
