Francis  Blackwell age 88 of Waconia passed away Saturday February 22, 2025 at Haven Homes Senior Living in Maple Plain.

Funeral service 2:00 PM Friday February 28, 2025 at Johnson Funeral Home in Waconia.  Visitation held one hour prior to the service.  Interment in the Union Cemetery in Mound.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
