Francis  Blackwell, age 88, of Waconia, Minnesota, passed away Saturday, February 22, 2025, at Haven Homes Senior Living in Maple Plain, Minnesota.  Funeral service will be Friday, February 28, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. at the Johnson Funeral Home in Waconia with interment at Union Cemetery in Mound, Minnesota.  Visitation will be at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.  In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.  Arrangements are with the Johnson Funeral Home of Waconia.
