“FREE PARK DAY” TODAY (FRIDAY)

The DNR is encouraging Minnesotans to take part in “Free Park Day” today (Friday).  The DNr’s Sarah Berhow says the state is waiving the vehicle permit requirements at all 75 state parks and recreations areas.  She says it’s an opportunity to get outside and burn off that extra piece of pie you ate on Thanksgiving.  There are four “Free Park Days” in Minnesota.  For more information, go to dnr.gov.
