Frost beat Seattle
(St. Paul, MN/Minnesota News Network) — The two-time defending P-W-H-L champion Minnesota Frost beat Seattle in St. Paul yesterday 6-2 in front of a crowd of nearly 10-thousand. Former Gopher Grace Zumwinkle and her teammate Katy Knoll each had two goals to pace Minnesota. Taylor Heise of Lake City and Sidney Morin each registered three-points in the win. Minnesota netminder Maddie Rooney of Andover stopped 24 shots for the win. The Frost moved into second-place in the league with the win with 19 points in the standings. Seattle is now in seventh-place with 17 points. The Frost visit New York on Friday night at 6 P-M.
