Frost Lose Game One

(Minnesota News Network- Toronto) — The defending P-W-H-L champion Minnesota Frost lost Game One of their best-of-five opening round series last night 3-2 in Toronto. The host Sceptres built a 3-0 lead in the second period before Minnesota charged to within a goal, but could not find the equalizer. Frost players Britta Curl-Salemme and Katy Knoll scored the Minnesota goals. Game Two of the series is tomorrow night in Toronto at 6 P-M. Here is the schedule for the best-of-five P-W-H-L semifinal series between Minnesota and Toronto:

Game One: Minnesota at Toronto 3, Minnesota 2 (final, Toronto leads series 1-0)

Game Two: Minnesota at Toronto, Friday, 6 P-M

Game Three: Toronto at Minnesota, Sunday, 5 P-M (Xcel Energy Center)
