PPD Games/Results from 12/09

A number of games were postponed because of the weather Tuesday night.

Boy’s Basketball games scheduled for a later date-Tri City United at New Ulm, Marshall at Worthington, Windom at Marshall, Lester Prairie at Sleepy eye, GFW at Cedar Mountain, Waterville/Elysian/Morristown at MVL, Lesueur/Henderson at Watertown/Mayer, St Clair at Glencoe/Silver Lake, Adrian/Ellsworth at Red Rock Central and Mountain Lake Area/Comfrey at Southwest Mn Christian.

Girl’s Basketball games scheduled for a later date-The game game on KNUJ, New Ulm at Tri City United, Worthington at Marshall, Windom at Redwood Valley, St Mary’s at Cathedral, Lester Prairie at Sleepy Eye, Cedar Mountain at GFW, St Clair at Glencoe/Silver Lake and Heron Lake/Okabena/Fulda.

Wrestling matches postponed-The Springfield Triangular and Windom/Mt Lake’s dual meet/

Boy’s Hockey that was postponed-Marshall at New Ulm.

Girl’s Hockey that was postponed-New Ulm at Marshall.

Results from Tuesday night:

Boy’s Basketball:

St Peter wins a Big South Match up at Waseca 88 to 58 and Fairmont defeats Blue Earth 61 to 52. Tomahawk final-Wabasso defeats Springfield 81 to 74 and a non-league final Central defeats Sibley East 65 to 47.

Girl’s Basketball:

Big South finals-St Peter defeats Waseca 79 to 35 and Fairmont was a 67 to 29 winner over Blue Earth, Janesville/Waldorf/Pemberton win a non-league game over LCWM 73 to 41, down in the Valley-GHECML/Truman defeat Nicollet 75 to 60, Cleveland was a 65 to 52 winner over Madelia and Martin County West defeats Loyola 59 to 36, Central defeats Sibley East 62 to 38.

Boy’s Hockey:

Waseca shuts out Minnesota River 6 to 0 and Luverne defeats Fairmont 11 to 2.

Girl’s Hockey:

Minnesota River wins big over South Central 14 to 0 and Fairmont upsets Luverne 2 to 1.

Lesueur/Henderson Tri:

LeSueur-Henderson over Sibley East 66-6
