Glenn Seaver
Glenn Seaver, age 75 of Belle Plaine, passed away on February 28, 2025 at the Belle Plaine Lutheran Home. Memorial service will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 5, 2025 at Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church in Belle Plaine. Rev. Martin Bentz will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at church on Wednesday morning. Interment will follow service at Oakwood Cemetery in Belle Plaine.
Glenn was born in Shakopee on June 1, 1949 to Rolan and Margaret (Oelfke) Seaver. He grew up in Belle Plaine and attended Trinity Lutheran School. One of Glenn’s early jobs was a pin setter for the bowling alley. Later he worked for Gedney Pickles in Chaska, Lakeside Games in Bloomington, and retiring from Hutton’s Café in Belle Plaine. Early on he liked fishing with family and friends, even going on a fishing trip to Canada. Glenn loved to watch wrestling, especially when the older ones were on. He also watched The Price is Right and Polka Spot Light.
Glenn is preceded in death by his parents and brothers Craig, Lloyd and Donnie. Glenn is survived by his brothers, Bob (Barb) Seaver and Bill (Jan) Seaver. Sisters, Jean Seaver, Janet Halverson, Joyce (Pat) Hogan, Joan Kubes, Judy (David) Bessel and. Many other relatives and friends, and dog Ginger.
