Golf Carts, UTVs, and ATVs Drivers Need a Permit to be on New Ulm Streets

New Ulm Police Commander Dean Barstad explained the city’s special vehicles ordinance on KNUJ Wednesday morning.  Operators must have a permit, valid drivers license and proof of insurance.  Permits available at City Hall.
