Gopher Volleyball falls at Wisconsin

(Madison, WI/Minnesota News Network) — The 22nd-ranked Golden Gopher volleyball team lost at number-11 Wisconsin in four sets last night. Minnesota won the third set in a match where star player Julia Hanson of Prior Lake registers 21 kills. The 17-7 Gophers dipped to 7-6 in Big Ten play. The host Badgers improved to 17-4 overall and 10-3 in the conference. Minnesota hosts top-ranked Nebraska on Saturday at Maturi Pavilion at 2:30 P-M.
